Brett Llewellyn, Finance Director
An accountant by training, Brett has spent most of his career as a commercially focused business advisor in Australia.
He has enjoyed structuring businesses for success and driving operational and cultural change. He prides himself on his ability to identify the core issues and opportunities amidst the operational “noise” and to provide clear, practical solutions and direction. He has been instrumental in the transformation of several notable growing organizations.
His training might be numbers but getting people working together for a shared goal is his passion.
More recently, Brett was the Finance Director of the UK’s leading dog welfare charity, Dogs Trust, before moving to Dubai.
Brett is an Executive Coach and Strategy & Transformation Advisor with Changeosity, a business consulting firm here in Dubai. Brett works with business leaders across the GCC, helping them to reshape their strategies and coaching them to lead change in their organizations. He is a key advisor on The Advisory Board, which helps SME leaders grow their businesses and sits on corporate boards as a non-executive advisor.
Brett remains passionate about the work that Dogs Trust does in advancing dog welfare right around the world and he continues his involvement with them as a director of their USA and Ireland subsidiaries. He is temporarily leading the Dogs Trust USA team in an executive capacity also consults to Dogs Trust UK on various transformational projects linked to its global strategy.
