CALL FOR ABSTRACTS! 

The Call for Abstracts is open to MEAVC members and non-members. 

If you have a compelling presentation to share with colleagues from around the globe, if you are a veterinarian who works in Academia, in Research or Governmental Institutions, a veterinary student or a vet practitioner, you are invited to submit an abstract to the Scientific Committee of MEAVC 2023! 

Submitting an abstract gives you the chance to showcase your work and achievements to the international veterinary community, share the results of your research with veterinarians that have a common interest and get their feedback! It is an exceptional way to contribute knowledge to a broad veterinary scientific platform.

  • Confirmation of acceptance or rejection of abstracts: 1st of September 2023
  • Deadline for one author to register for the Congress: 15th of October, 2023
  • Deadline to submit the Poster to the MEAVC Poster Template: 15th of October, 2023

POSTER SESSION OVERVIEW

Poster boards will be displayed over two Congress days: November 11-12, 2023. 
Presenters are requested to stand by their posters during the lunch and coffee breaks for informal discussions. 
Presenters are able to set up their posters from 8.30 on Saturday, November 11, 2023. 
Posters should be removed after 19.00 on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
