The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]).
Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
In case the MEAVC cannot proceed in 2022 due to force majeure (Covid-19, Governmental Regulations, etc.) registrations will automatically be transferred to 2023.

In special cases that refund is applicable (to online payments using debit/credit card), Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
