Upon receipt of the registration and corresponding payment the delegate will receive confirmation via email along with the attached invoice.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
In case the MEAVC cannot proceed in 2023 due to force majeure (Covid-19, Governmental Regulations, etc.) registrations will automatically be transferred to 2024.
Registration for Accompanying Person includes:
Accompanying persons are able to register for the Gala Dinner, Miracle Garden, Marina Dhow Cruise and Global Village. Please note accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions and the exhibitions.

An invoice will be sent accordingly.

Vaccinated travellers to the UAE are not required to present a negative result of RT-PCR test for COVID-19 at the airport of departure.
However, those who are not vaccinated must either present a valid, negative result of an RT-PCR test conducted within 48 hours before arrival or a recovery certificate (containing a QR code) from COVID-19 issued within 30 days before departure, if they were infected with the virus.
