Dr. Ronald Koh is a distinguished veterinarian specializing in integrative medicine, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, and rehabilitation. He earned his veterinary degree in Taiwan and further honed his expertise at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, completing a specialty internship and a Master's degree focusing on acupuncture and integrative medicine.
Dr. Koh has served as a clinical assistant professor at Louisiana State University's School of Veterinary Medicine and is currently a clinical associate professor and head of Integrative Medicine at the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. He holds multiple certifications, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, Chinese food therapy, rehabilitation, and medical manipulation. Additionally, he is board-certified in Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Charter Fellow of the American College of Veterinary Botanical Medicine.
An internationally recognized speaker and mentor, Dr. Koh has contributed extensively to academic literature, authoring book chapters and peer-reviewed articles on rehabilitation, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), and integrative medicine.
