Dr. William Tancredi

Dr. William Tancredi is a veterinarian and the owner of Old Ridge Veterinary Hospital in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. A native of Chadds Ford, he attended Archmere Academy and Pennsylvania State University before earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George's University.

Dr. Tancredi has been practicing in Pennsylvania and Delaware since 2015. After being promoted to the leadership of a corporate hospital, he recognized the need for privately owned veterinary practices and subsequently established Old Ridge Veterinary Hospital. His areas of expertise include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dental surgery, radiology, ultrasound, and dermatology. He also has extensive experience as a mobile small animal practitioner.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tancredi has a professional interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in veterinary medicine. He has authored articles and delivered seminars on the subject, exploring how AI can enhance various aspects of veterinary practice.
